Here you will find all of the warranty and servicing information for the Medwarm Neonatal Warming Mattress.

Warranty:
The Medwarm Patient Warming Mattress is under a 1-year warranty.
Warranty includes call-out support for all (non-damage related) claims during the period. GB customers receive free-of-charge spare parts, travel & labour support for all (non-damage related) call-outs during the period.
The warranty becomes void if:
- The system is mishandled or serviced by unauthorised personnel.
- The system is used, cleaned, or stored contrary to instructions in the manual.
- Non-original parts, accessories, or fittings are used.
- Operating precautions or installation/maintenance guidelines are ignored.
- Installed in environments not meeting electrical or safety requirements.
- Modified without manufacturer’s consent.
- Serviced by non-certified agencies.
Servicing:
The system should undergo initial maintenance/inspection after 2 years, then annually thereafter.
Repairs, modifications and inspections must be done by manufacturer-approved technicians.
