The Croyde Hot Cot (including both cot and warming mattresses) is under a 12-month warranty.
Servicing:
The Medwarm Neonatal Warming Mattress should be serviced annually.
The Aquatherm Warming Mattress should be serviced every 6 months.
Repairs, modifications and inspections must be done by manufacturer-approved technicians.
