The Croyde Universal Birth Pool Steps have a 2-year limited guarantee under the following terms.
The Croyde Universal Birth Pool Steps will be replaced or repaired if they are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.
The guarantee shall not apply if:
• The Croyde Universal Birth Pool Steps have been physically damaged including punctures, scratches, scrapes, cuts or indentation caused by any means including the storage of any equipment or other items on top of, or leaning against, any surface of the Steps.
• The Croyde Universal Birth Pool Steps have been cleaned or disinfected with substances other than locally approved cleaning and disinfection products.
• Abrasive cleaning materials have been used.
• The Croyde Universal Birth Pool Steps are abnormally soiled or are unsanitary due to lack of care.
