Product Overview & Functionality
1. What should I do if the tube arrives damaged?
If any damage is noticed during unpacking:
-
Report it to us within 7 days.
-
Do not attempt any repairs yourself, as this may void the warranty.
2. Can I remove the protective film before using the tube?
No. Only remove the protective film after the unit is fully set up and working to your satisfaction. Premature removal will void the warranty.
3. How do I set up the Mood Tube?
The Mood Tube is designed to simply plug-in and play, with no extensive setup required! Just make sure that the power supply is at an adequate distance from the tube and the cable is not under any tension.
Do not coil the power cable around the supply, as this can cause overheating.
4. What type of power supply is required?
The Chroma Tube uses a 12V DC 2.0A power supply, which is in the packaging - this is stored in the supplied plastic lid, found taped to the base of the tube. The power supply is approx. 1.5m in length.
5. How do I use my Mood Tube?
To use your Mood Tube, simply plug in and turn on to access the luminated colour cycle. You can learn more about how to use your tube and its benefits here: Ten Minute Mood Tube: How Does It Work?
Safety
