Place Your Order Direct with Croyde Medical
To request a quote, please fill in the form at the bottom of this product page.
Once we have received your quotation request, your Regional Sales Manager will be in touch and will share your quote with you.
To place your order, email your purchase order to info@croydemedical.co.uk
Non-NHS orders should always be sent directly to info@croydemedical.co.uk referencing your quotation or pricing agreement.
Purchase through the NHS Supply Furniture Framework.
This product is available to order through the NHSSC Medical Healthcare Furniture Framework – Framework Agreement Number - FAG000017291.
Ordering through the framework offers a simple way to purchase equipment with the reassurance of process compliance.
We will send you a quotation that is applicable for processing through NHS SC and all you need to do is forward that to Kristie Gill - kristie.gill@supplychain.nhs.uk, who will generate a URN for your order.
The URN should be added to your Purchase Order(s), to confirm framework coverage; and then sent to info@croydemedical.co.uk for processing.
As a reminder, there is no maximum limit on the value of an order that can be raised referencing the framework and there is no requirement to tender. The framework has already been tendered and approved suppliers have already demonstrated product compliance and ISO 9001 QA process compliance.
