Lead Time:

Stock is held in the UK for immediate shipment of smaller orders
Larger orders are approximately 6-8 weeks from receipt of order

Delivery:

Delivery to central location via truck
Products will arrive cardboard-packaged on pallets - 2 units per pallet 
A loading bay will be required onto which the pallets will be unloaded
Disposal of packaging will be the responsibility of the Trust 

White glove service is available at an additional cost of £25 per unit. 
Products would be unwrapped, delivered directly to the ward area(s) and all packaging removed from site
