      Dimensions:

      When sat on birthing ball, knees should be 10cm lower than hips, so we 
      recommend:
      65cm birthing ball fully inflated - 5ft 3 inches to 5ft 10 inches
      75cm birthing ball fully inflated - 5ft 11 inches and above
