Product Overview & Functionality
1. What makes this baby bath different from standard tubs?
It features a mobile stand with height adjustment, lockable wheels and a specially designed tub. The tub features a pointed end, offering controlled water drainage, and a deepened area for storing soap or cloths.
2. How do I adjust the height of the baby bath?
To adjust the height of the tub, lock the castors then grip the rim of the stand with both hands and press the foot pedal located at the base. Raise or lower the tub to the desired height, release the pedal, and confirm that the tub is securely set in place.
It's important to note that the height should only be adjusted when the baby is not inside the tub.
Safety Usage
3. How do I safely move the baby bath?
To safely move the baby bath, ensure the castors are unlocked, then gently wheel into position by pushing from the shorter side of the tub where the handle is located. Move the baby bath only on flat, horizontal surfaces. Make sure to lock all castors again once in place.
Do not move the tub with a baby inside.
4. Is it okay to move the bathtub when it is filled with water?
Moving the bathtub with water inside is only permitted when the tub is at its lowest height setting. Even then, it must be done extremely carefully.
5. Are there any restrictions on who can use the device?
Yes. The device should only be operated by qualified medical personnel. Anyone whose health condition could lead to loss of balance, sudden fainting, or lack of control should not use the device.
6. Can I place items on the edges or base of the tub?
No. Placing objects on the edges or base of the tub stand is prohibited. Only small items like soap or sachets of bath liquid may be placed in the dedicated recess on the tub handle. Additional objects, such as towels, can be stored in the included wire storage basket.
