Warranty Coverage
The AVE 2 Birthing Bed is covered by a 24-month warranty. This covers all material and manufacturing-related failures and errors and is inclusive of mattresses and covers.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by incorrect use or external effects.
- Batteries (these are covered by a 6-month warranty).
Additional Notes:
- Proof of purchase, with date of purchase, is required for all warranty claims.
- Failure to undertake annual service inspections will void the warranty.
Servicing Requirements
- Annual Safety Inspections:
- Service inspections must be performed at least once per year, after any repair, or after electrical interventions.
- Inspections must follow manufacturer’s service manual guidelines.
- Authorised Personnel Only:
- All service, repairs and firmware updates must be carried out by technicians trained and approved by the manufacturer.
- Use only original spare parts.
- Unprofessional Repairs:
- Unprofessional or unauthorised repairs are considered a breach of warranty terms; the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for resulting damage.
